When we buy house, one shouldn't forget to check out what kind of home you want; a cluster home or condos. A condo house is suitable for those who don't want to maintain their turfs or have a pool or a clubhouse. Condos are basically less expensive and they give you a better security.
For instance, if there is someone who lives single and travels a lot because of their work schedule and doesn't require much space and as well as don't have time to maintain the lawn or garden. In that case, a condo is the most perfect home! This same argument goes for all retirees who might need travel more to see their grandchildren or simply don't want the upkeep involved with having a single family home.
