Terry Hoskins who resides in Moscow in Ohio demolished his house which worth $350,000 in order to stop foreclosure on his house by the bank. At first Hoskin said that he was struggled with RiverHills Bank over his house in Moscow for years and had problems with the Internal Revenue Service or IRS.
Hoskin said that the IRS placed liens on his business and commercial property and bank obtain his house as security. Hoskin said that he spend lot of money to attorneys and was tired so he decided to demolish the house.
