The American Residential Law Group proclaims that homeowners facing foreclosure with the lien holder have alternative way to stop foreclosure and to stay in their home. Retaining home rights does not have to be unfeasibility even if the foreclosure is in progress.
To keep the rights of homeowners Truth in Lending Act and the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act were started. Still these acts are often dishonored by mortgage companies and lenders. American Residential Law Group worried that many home mortgages include these violations and insist homeowners in foreclosure to get the lawful aid to stop foreclosure and retain ownership of their home.
