The Attorney General Mr.Chris Koster said that the foreclosure aid companies to stoop foreclosure will no longer be allowed to do business in Missouri or other states, credit to a court order with Missouri, California and the Federal Trade Commission. Some of the foreclosure aid companies are enduringly prohibited from selling mortgage loan modification or foreclosure aid service.
Koster recorded suit beside the foreclosure aid companies on previous April, declaring that the companies got cash from consumers without offering any aid to home owners. The court order offers that the resolving defendants liberate all asserts to more than $1 million formerly frozen by court and this cash will be offered for customer restoration.
