The US government has taken many steps to stop foreclosure for that Home loan modification program is announced to make home affordable to the homeowners.But the foreclosure recording in Kent and Ottawa counties were rised in February, serving to create Michigan the state with the third maximum total of recordings last month.
The foreclosure recordings in Kent County increased to 41% from January, while in Ottawa County increased to 11%. At the state level, the foreclosure recordings were up 14% as per the survey taken by the real estate company. The foreclosure recordings are raised due to the homes are get back by banks and lenders which is the closing pace in the foreclosure process.
