Many homeowners are in halfway house staying to get away whether they will be received for the Obama administration stop foreclosure prevention program. Almost 1.1 million borrowers have registered while the stop foreclosure prevention program which started last year.
Nearly170,000 homeowners have finished the application process said in a statement on Friday by the government. Only 16% of the homeowners are assisted with this program. To get permanent loan modification homeowners want to make 3 payments and offer proof of income, a letter filing their economical hardship. Upto 90,000 borrowers are dropped away.
