One year after the mortgage crisis Obama government declared a plan to help the home owners to stop foreclosure. Upto 1.5 million of stressed homeowners change their second mortgages.
The plan is a division of the government $75 billion anti foreclosure plan which was believed to encourage mortgage servicers to manage compensation declines on further mortgages while the first mortgage is customized below the governments Home Affordable Modification Program.
