Bank of America offer struggling house owners who are getting job loss gets nine months with no loan payment to stop foreclosure. But the house owner would agree that if they have not found a job in the nine months they will sign their house to the bank allowing it to avoid the lengthy and costly foreclosure procedure.
The plan wants regulatory approval, but some industry experts say the plan could turn into an industry model and is more extensive, innovative move toward yet to tackle the fallout from inflexibly high joblessness, which is motivating mortgage delinquencies and foreclosures. The bank says that the plan tenders worried families instant and extended aid.
